எங்கள் ஊரில், பால் தினக்கரனோட புத்தகத்த ஒருவர் ரெகுலரா வாங்கிகிட்டு இருக்கார்.. கேட்ட, மாசம் 100 ரூபா சந்தா கட்டறாராம்.. மாசத்துக்கு ஒரு தடவ, ஜெபம் பண்ண ஒருத்தன் வரான்.. அவனுக்கு ஃபீஸ் 200 ரூபா.. யோசிக்காம குடுக்கிறார்.. நகரின் முக்கிய பகுதியில், 2000 சதுர அடி அளவில் ஒரு சர்ச் கட்ட வேண்டும்.. ஒவ்வொருவரும் 2000 ரூபாய் ஏசுவுக்காக பங்களிப்பாக கொடுத்து ஒரு அடி வாங்க உதவி செய்யுங்கள் என்று கூறி, 2000 பேரிடம் 2000 ரூபாய் கறந்துவிடுகிறார்கள்.. அதையும், பெருமையுடன் எங்கள் ஊரில் சமீபமாக மாறிய கிறித்துவர் கொடுக்கிறார்..

 

 

Lesson learnt: Do not be polite, treat these people with contempt they deserve

My experience in Sydney few months back.It happened around 7 pm. I was confronted by an eager young, handsome, blonde Christian priest while visiting the local library.
Priest ( smiling broadly): Hello, Do you know Jesus is here and now.
Me: That is good
P: Do you want to see Him?
M: No
P: May I ask you why?
M:I am not a christian. I am an Hindu. I follow my own religion.
P:But it is my duty to show you the truth :
M: Look Sir, I am happy with my religion. I don't have the need to seek answers elsewhere as my faith has all the answers that I want. Please, leave me alone, let me practice my religion without any interference and I as a matter courtesy, will not be impinging in your right to practice yours in peace. Let us just leave it at that.
But the priest would not leave me alone. Pestering me further again and again he said " look, I have to show you the true way, I want you to realize Jesus in person. You are a spiritually a sick person and I have to administer the bitter medicine in the form of Jesus Christ. It is my duty. I will incur a great sin if I fail in this duty,. Let us pray together,blah, blah blah."
I just got fed up. I told the priest " Look, I am a Doctor, and I should know something about medicines.Here you are prescribing me poison, masquerading as cure . You are no better than a quack and a snake oil salesman, trying to cure a a very healthy person"
Shocked by my outburst and glaring me with contempt, he walked away.

நடுத்தெருவில் மட்டுமே அவர்களோடு பேசவேண்டும். அவர்களோடு யார்வேண்டுமானாலும் விவாதிக்கலாம். ஏன் எனில் அவர்களுக்கு ஒப்பிக்கத்தான் தெரியும். நிச்சயம் விவாதிக்கத்தெரியாது. அவர்களை விரட்ட ஒரே வழி க்கேள்வி கேட்பது தான். பைபிளைப்பற்றியும் இயேசி கிறிஸ்து பற்றியும் கேள்வி கேளுங்கள் அவர்கள் ஓடிவிடுவார்கள். அவர்களைக் கேட்க சில கேள்விகள்.
1. இறைவன் முதலில் படைத்தது சூரியனையா பகலையா ?
2. இயேசு மட்டும் தான் கடவுளின் பிள்ளையா நாம் எல்லாம் கடவுளின் குழந்தைகள் இல்லையா?
3. இயேசு யூதர்களை மட்டும் மீட்கவந்தாரா இல்லை உலக மக்களை யெல்லாமும் மீட்கவந்தாரா? இயேசு எங்காவது உலகை மீட்க வந்தேன் என்று சொன்னாரா?
4. இயேசுவை இரத்தத்தால் நம் பாவம் போகும் என்கிறீர்களே? அவர் சிலுவையில் அறையப்படுவதற்கு முன்னர் இறந்தவர்களின் கதி என்ன?
5. இயேசுவுக்கும் மேரி மகதலேனாவுக்கும் என்ன சம்பந்தம்?
இவற்றைப் பயன்படுத்திப் பார்த்து இருக்கிறேன். கிறித்தவகள் பாட்சா பலிக்கவில்லை. நீங்களும் முயற்சி செய்து பாருங்கள்.
தர்மம் காப்போம் தர்மத்தின் வழி நடப்போம்.

similarly you can tell hindus worship ganga river because they consider it came from lord vishnu in his thrivikrama avatar when his foot was washed by brahma and later was received by shiva in his head. so hindus take ganga water which wash their sins if they take bath. so ganga flows in our country from ancient period of puranam.
jesus blood wash the sins of christians. But there is no blood flowing either from his idol or his image or no where for the present days christians to wash their sins as jesus blood has stopped already after spilling once he died. where can the christians wash their sins now ?

christians says soul is mortal and hence soul never takes rebirth again like hinduism consider.
Then once the christians bodies are buried, where can the soul go ?- will it join with christ in the sky ?if all can join with christ in the sky, why missionaries insist only people who are bapitized alone can join with christ. so what will happen to the souls of non bapitised christians? will it stay in the bodies buried and reduced to skeleton? Missionaries say that during jesus second coming
resurection, only believers of jesus alone would raise up and non believers would be sent to hell.
so will the souls of non believers sent to hell eventhough they are good and honest.

what is christianity say for the reasons of inequality, inequity, social disparties, variation of bodies
nature and wealth, good people suffer and bad people florish- why such things in our society take place ? Hinduism says it is due to past karmas and hence advocates for 'Athma, karma, janma and moksha final salvation " while christianity do not believe karmas or rebirths and say souls are mortal. life is one time opportunity either to go to heaven or dumped in hell permanently. so they can not explain such variation of happenings in world. only hinduism has answer to this.

Similarly christianity tells there is no soul for birds, animals, reptiles and also for plants, vegetations
trees ect. as they say above are created by father god for the sake and pleasure of humanbeings
so christians never believe in science. every animals and birds have some mind working and do some action intelligently. Lotus flowers open up petals once it sights sun rise, some flowers bloom once moon is sighted, some trees leaves close once sun is set, why such things happen- does not they have lifes and souls to do such acts. so christianity is totally failed in science.

Finally even monkey or cow never go and stand before church or mosque but only before temples for seeking food from devotees. All people must realise the truth and believe our own faith of sanatana dharma.

என் வீட்டில் நடந்த ஒரு சம்பவம்,ஜெகோவா வின் சாட்சிகள் என கூறி கொண்டு என் வீட்டினுள் நுழைந்த சில தேவ மனிதர்கள் (!!!!!!!!!!) உங்களக்கு ஆண்டவரின் நட்செய்தியை அளிக்க வந்துள்ளோம் என கூறினர்.பின் விக்கிரக வழிபாடு,சாத்தன் வழிபாடு என உளற ஆரம்பித்தனர்.அவர்களை நிறுத்திய எனது அக்கா பூஜை அறையில் இருந்த பகவத் கீதையை அவர்களிடம் கொடுத்து இதை படித்து இதில் உள்ள பிழைகளை கூறுங்கள் நீங்கள் அளிக்கும் கை ஏட்டை படிக்கிறேன் என்றார்….தொப்பி வாங்கிய அந்த தேவ மனிதர்கள் சடார் என அடித்தார்கள் ஒரு ,அந்தர் பல்டி …….உங்களுக்கு சாத்தன் பிடித்து உள்ளது அதை ஓட்ட வேண்டும் என்றனர்……..எனக்கு தோன்றிய சந்தேகங்கள்
1 .சாத்தன் உள்ள வீடு என ஏன் தேவன் முன்பே அவர்களக்கு அறிவிக்கவில்லை ?
2 .கீதையை படிக்காமல் ஹிந்து சமயம் பற்றி பேச இவர்கள் யார் ?????(இதர புராணங்களும் )
3 .இஸ்லாமிய சகோதரர்களின் வாழ்வில் தேவ மகிமையை ஏற்படுத்த இவர்களால் முடியவில்லையா ????அல்லது எல்லாம் வல்ல தேவன் அவர்களிடம் செல்ல வேண்டாம் என தடுத்தாரா???????

ஆன்மீகம் தழைத்து வந்த பாண்டிய நாட்டில் திருக்கோவூர் என்ற தலத்தில் கி.பி. 9ம் நூற்றாண்டில் ஈஸ்வர வருடம், சித்திரை மாதம், சித்திரை நட்சத்திரம் கூடிய நாளில் அவதரித்தார்.

நம்மாழ்வார் பிறப்பதற்கு முன் அவதரித்திருந்தாலும், நம்மாழ்வார் வாழ்ந்த காலத்தில் வாழ்ந்தவர் எனலாம். சிறு வயதிலிருந்தே ஸ்ரீமந் நாராயணனிடம் பக்திகொண்டு பரமனைப் போற்றிப் பாடிவந்தார். வடமொழிப் புலமையும் கொண்டிருந்தார்.

ஒருநாள் பூஜைகள் நடத்திய பின்பு காட்டுத் தீயோ என்று எண்ணும் படியான பெரிய ஒளியைக் கண்டார். அந்த ஒளி நட்சத்திரமாக இவரைத் தெற்கு நோக்கி அழைத்து வந்தது. திருநகரி என்ற ஊரில் சென்று மறைந்தது. அங்கு கோயிலில் மரத்தடியில் 16 வருடங்களாகக் கண் மூடிய நிலையில் தவமிருந்த நம்மாழ்வாரைப் பற்றிக் கேள்விப் பட்டார். தம் அறிவுக் கூர்மையால் பேசாதிருந்த நம்மாழ்வாரைக் கண்திறக்கவும், பேசவும் வைத்தார்.

நம்மாழ்வாருடைய தத்துவ விளக்கங்களைக் கேட்டறிந்து தலை மேல் கரம் குவித்து "கண்ணிநுண் சிறுத்தாம்பு" என்ற பாசுர பாமாலை பாடி நம்மாழ்வாரையே தம் ஞானகுருவாக ஏற்றுக் கொண்டார். அவரிடமிருந்து வேதங்களைக் கற்று பரமனின் திருவடிகளே சரணம் என்று பாசுரங்கள் பாடி மகிழ்ந்தார்.

ஆலயத்தினுள்ளே நம்மாழ்வாரின் சிலை ஒன்றையும் நிறுவி ஸ்ரீமந் நாராயணனுக்கும், தம் ஆன்மீக குருவிற்கும் தினசரி பூஜைகள் செய்தும் பாசுரங்கள் பாடியும் பரமனை சேர்ந்தார்.

திருப்பாணாழ்வார்

சோழவள நாட்டின் தலைநகராக ஒருகாலத்தில் விளங்கிய உரையூரில் கி.பி.8ம் நூற்றாண்டில் காத்திகை மாதம், ரோகிணி நட்சத்திரத்தில் பாணர் என்ற இசை வழிபாடு செய்யும் குலத்தில் அவதரித்தார்.

ஸ்ரீமந் நாராயணனின் மார்பில் இருக்கும் ஸ்ரீவத்ஸம் என்கிற மருவின் அம்சமாக விளங்குகிறார். தீண்டத் தகாத குலத்தில் பிறந்தவர் என்று கருதப் பட்டதால் காவிரியைக் கடந்து அரங்கத்தம்மானைக் கண் குளிரக் காண முடியவில்லையே என்று வருந்தி, காவிரியின் அக்கரையில் நின்ற படியே திருவரங்கம் இருக்கும் திசை நோக்கித் தவமிருந்தார்.

தினசரி திருமஞ்சனம் செய்யும் உலோக சாரங்க முனிவரின் கனவில் தோன்றிய எம்பெருமான், அக்கரையில் தவமிருக்கும் திருப்பாணாழ்வாரை பட்டரின் தோளில் சுமந்து வரச்செய்து அவருக்குக் காட்சியளித்தார். தான் கண்ட காட்சியில் உள்ளம் நெகிழ்ந்து அரங்கனின் திருவடி தொடங்கி திருமுடி வரை வர்ணிக்கும் 10 பாசுரங்களைப் பாடினார்.

ஆண்டாளைப் போலவே அரங்கனிடம் அன்பு வைத்து அவனையே நினைந்து எம்பெருமானுடன் கலந்தார் என்பது புராண வரலாறு. தம் பாசுரங்களில் மனிதர்கள் எப்படி பக்தி மார்க்கத்தில் வாழ வேண்டும் என்ற முறைகளையும், பெருமானிடம் சரணாகதி அடைவதன் அவசியத்தையும் அழகாகப் பாடியுள்ளார்

1755ஆம் ஆண்டு கர்னல் எரோன் தம் கோட்டையை முற்றுகையிட்டு கப்பம் கட்ட நிர்ப்பந்தம் செய்தபோது தன்னுடைய நிலப்பகுதியில் வசூலிக்கும் உரிமை வெள்ளையர் எவருக்கும் கிடையாது என வீர முழக்கமிட்டு வெள்யைனை விரட்டியடித்து முதல் வெற்றி பெற்றார்.

அதே ஆண்டில் களக்காட்டிலும், நெற்கட்டும் செவல் கோட்டையிலும் நடைபெற்ற போரில் ஆங்கிலேயரின் கைக்கூலியான மாபூஸ்கானை தோற்கடித்தார். அதனை அடுத்து திருவில்லிபுத்தூர் கோட்டையில் நடைபெற்ற போரில் ஆற்காடு நவாபின் தம்பியைத் தோற்கடித்தார்.

1760ஆம் ஆண்டு யூசுபுகான் நெற்கட்டும் செவல் கோட்டையைத் தாக்கியபோதும், 1766ஆம் ஆண்டு கேப்டன் பௌட்சன் வாசுதேவ நல்லூர்க் கோட்டையைத் தாக்கிய போதும் அவற்றை முறியடித்து வெற்றி கொண்டார். 1767 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆங்கிலேயரால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார்.

நெருக்கடியான சூழ்நிலையிலும் கூட ஆங்கிலேயருக்கு எதிரான போர் என்கின்ற வகையில் உதவ வந்த டச்சுக்காரர்கள் மற்றும் பிரெஞ்சுக்காரர்களின் உதவியையும் பூலித்தேவர் மறுத்துவிட்டார்.

இந்திய சுதந்திரப் போராட்டத்தில் ஆண்களுக்கு இணையாக ஏன் துணையாகவும் களமிறங்கிய பெண்களை போற்றி பாராட்ட வேண்டிய வரலாறும், பண்பும் பாழடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஜான் பிள்ளையாக இருந்தாலும் அது ஆண் பிள்ளை என்பது பழமொழி. ஆனால் அந்த ஜான் பிள்ளையைக் கூட மண்ணில் நடமாட வைப்பவள் தான் பெண்.
பெண் என்றால் பேயும் இறங்கும் என்பார்கள். ஆனால் நமது நாட்டில் வாழும் மனிதர்கள் பெண்ணிற்கு உரிய முக்கியத்துவமும், அங்கீகாரமும் வழங்கவில்லை என்பதற்கு வீர மங்கை வேலு நாச்சியாரே சாட்சி.
18-ம் நூற்றாண்டில் ஆங்கிலேயருக்கு எதிராக நாட்டின் விடுதலைக்காக ஆயுதம் ஏந்திப் போராடிய முதல் பெண் வீரமங்கை வேலுநாச்சியார்

ஆணுக்கு நிகராக ஆயுதப் பயிற்சி பெற்றார், பல மொழிகள் கற்றார், பருவத்தில் அழகிற்கு அழகு சேர்த்தார். 1746-ல் சிவகங்கை மன்னர் முத்துவடுக நாதர் வேலுநாச்சியாரை தனது மனைவியாக்கிக் கொண்டார்.

ஒரு முறை மன்னர் முத்துவடுக நாதர் காளையர் கோவிலில் வழிபாடு செய்து கொண்டிருந்த போது நவாப் படைகள் அந்த கோவிலைச் சுற்றி வளைத்து தாக்கின. அதில் அவர் வீர மரணம் அடைந்தார். காளையர் கோவில் கோட்டை நவாப் படைகளின் வசமாகியது.

திடீர் தாக்குதலில் மன்னர் மடிந்து விட்டார் என்ற செய்தி வேலு நாச்சியாருக்கு இடியாக எட்டியது. கதறி அழுது கண்ணீர் விட்டார்.

கணவரின் உடலைப் பார்க்க காளையர் கோவில் நோக்கி வேலுநாச்சியார் செல்ல அவரை கைது செய்ய படை அனுப்பினான் நவாப்.

அந்தப் படை வேலு நாச்சியாரை வழியிலேயே மடக்கித் தாக்கியது. முடிவில் நவாப் படையிடம் இருந்து தப்பினார்.

விஜயதசமி, நவராத்திரி நாட்களில் சிவகங்கை அரண்மனையில் உள்ள ராஜராஜேஸ்வரி என்ற பெண் தெய்வத்தை காண பெண்கள் கூட்டம் அலைமோதும்.

வெளியே ஆங்கிலேயர் படை காவல் காத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நேரத்திலும் கூட வேலுநாச்சியாரும், அவரோடு இருந்த பெண்கள் படையும் ஆயுதங்களை ஆடைக்குள் மறைத்துக் கொண்டு கூட்டத்தோடு கூட்டமாக மாறுவேடத்தில் சென்று அரண்மனை கோவிலுக்குள் திடீர் தாக்குதல் நடத்தி எதிரிகளை அழித்தொழித்தனர்.

அதே போல வேலுநாச்சியாரின் படையில் குயிலி என்ற பெண் தன் உடம்பில் தீ வைத்து வெள்ளையரின் ஆயுதக் கிடங்கை எரித்து ஆயுதங்களை அழித்ததை வரலாறு மிக கவனமாக பதிவு செய்துள்ளது. இவரை உலகின் முதல் மனித ஆயுதமாக கூட கருதலாம்.

1780-ம் ஆண்டு ஐப்பசித் திங்கள் ஐந்தாம் நாள் வேலுநாச்சியார் தலைமையில் பெரும் படை திண்டுக்கல்லில் இருந்து சிவகங்கை நோக்கிப் புறப்பட்டு, கடும் போர் புரிந்து காளையர் கோவிலை மீட்டது.

வேலுநாச்சியார் தனது ஐம்பதாவது வயதில், தனது கணவரை படுகொலை செய்த ஜோசப் ஸ்மித்தையும் தளபதி பான் ஜோரையும் தோற்கடித்து எடுத்த சபதத்தை நிறைவேற்றி சிவகங்கையின் அரசியானார்.

சிவகங்கை கோட்டை மீது பறந்த ஆங்கிலேயரின் கொடி இறக்கப்பட்டது. வேலு நாச்சியாரின் அனுமன் கொடி ஏற்றப்பட்டது.

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.

One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs.
His bed was next to the room's only window.

The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.

The men talked for hours on end.
They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.

Every afternoon, when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.

The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake.
Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this in exquisite details, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine this picturesque scene.

One warm afternoon, the man by the window described a parade passing by.

Although the other man could not hear the band - he could see it in his mind ' s eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.

Days, weeks and months passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep.
She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside.
He strained to slowly turn to look out the window besides the bed.

It faced a blank wall.
